If for any reason you have a query regarding the delivery of your order, you can contact us at: webshop@zoggs.com and we will advise you of the status.

Please remember to include your order number (if known), your full name and postcode when corresponding by email.

Delivery Costs


United Kingdom Standard Delivery £2.95

We aim to deliver orders to UK mainland addresses within 2-4 working days after receipt. However, please allow 7 days before contacting our customer services department.

You may be required to sign for your parcel when it is delivered. If you are not at home when the parcel arrives, a card will be left for you to arrange an alternative delivery date or to pick your parcel up from the carrier's depot or local sorting office.

United Kingdom Express Delivery £10.00

If you require express delivery, we will despatch your order on the same day as long as we receive it by noon. You should expect to receive your order the following day and a signature will be required upon receipt. Please note that this service is only available for orders placed on Monday to Thursday as our couriers are not able to offer a Saturday delivery service.

Over the Bank Holiday period please allow 7 days for delivery.

Delivery FAQ's


Can I change my delivery address once I have placed my order?
As long as it hasn't been processed we are able to change your delivery address.

What if I am out when my order is delivered?
Our carrier will leave a card, you may have to collect from your local collection office or rearrange the delivery with the carrier company.

Do you deliver outside of United Kingdom
Sorry but, no. For legal reasons, we are only able to deliver to addresses with a UK postcode

Can I recycle my packaging?
Most waste packaging can be recycled. To help you recycle your empty packaging; we support the national recycling programme. Visit www.recycle-more.co.uk for more information on how to recycle including tips and locations that will take your recyclable waste.
